I have been working with CMP since 2018, teaching Hacking for Defense at the Rochester Institute of Technology in an adjunct role. I have found everyone at CMP to be mission-driven and focused on supporting our university partners and student teams, and quickly became an advocate for an organization that is truly doing good in the world. Flash forward several years, and I am extremely proud to join a team that means so much to me. Working as a full-time CMP team member will help how we interact with and prepare our faculty to teach Lean LaunchPad methodologies and ultimately equip our students with the best resources and educational materials for their journey through the program.
I am extremely proud to announce our new podcast series, The Common Mission Podcast, focused on engaging with our educator community. This is one of several initiatives we are taking at CMP to mature our educational resource tools, and one that I hope our partners will find interesting and engaging. Along with my co-host Rodrigo Nieto, our sage Academic Advisor, we are producing content focused on lessons learned, delivering content, and improving student outcomes. Each episode will focus on different topic areas, and we will bring in guests from our incredible community to help inform the educational ecosystem that is uniquely CMP. I look forward to meeting with our faculty from around the country and learning more about your experiences in the Flipped Classroom, and using those discussions to inform the content we deliver.
Please feel free to reach out with any questions you have as you navigate through the H4 ecosystem, we’re all in this together!
